About Me
Hola! Soy Mica, diseñadora de producto. Empecé del lado multimedia, dibujando y animando, hasta que me di cuenta de que lo que más me copaba no era la pieza suelta sino el sistema completo detrás: por qué un flujo funciona, por qué otro traba al usuario en el segundo paso.
Desde ahí trabajé en finanzas, retail, real estate y wellness, entre startups, agencias y proyectos freelance. Ese ir y venir entre industrias me obligó a aprender rápido y a no depender de fórmulas fijas, algo que hoy uso a mi favor más que como debilidad.
Cuando no estoy diseñando, estoy haciendo crossfit, jugando al tenis o con un libro encima. Y sí, también tengo mis side projects propios, algunos mejor terminados que otros .

My Experience
Product Designer at Adcap
October 2025 - Present
Design end-to-end product experiences for internal and client-facing financial platforms, improving usability and clarity across complex financial workflows.
Define user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and product improvements.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, user-centered design solutions.
Establish and maintain UI standards and reusable components to ensure design consistency across the company’s internal and external platforms.
Drive visual and interaction consistency across multiple products, creating a more unified and cohesive ecosystem for different user groups.
